RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CPAP USERS
If you live in a household with other people and you are suspected of COVID-19 or have been confirmed to be COVID-19 positive, it is recommended that you take the following steps:

  1. Sleep alone in a separate room.
  2. Discontinue use of the humidifier (i.e. don’t add water to your chamber).
  3. Clean your CPAP mask daily with a cleaning wipe.
  4. Clean the hose with a sterilizing solution of 0.1% sodium hypochlorite (“bleach”) solution.

*IMPORTANT* Your mask, hose and filter should be discarded and replaced when your COVID-19 illness has resolved.
